The white castle has always been a hot commodity in different areas throughout the United States. Recently though they had to recall meat in December of 2019 which many began to hear about. They said that they were recalling some of its frozen burgers shipped to 22 states due to possible listeria contamination after finding the bacteria in one of its manufacturing plants. this could affect thousands of people throughout the U.S. Listeria is a foodborne illness that could affect pregnant mothers with low immune systems or even newborn children. Anything will a low immune system would be affected by this foodborne illness which is crazy for a massive burger joint to have. The good thing is that they took action fairly quickly and resolved their issue with their meat before anybody became very ill.
